Affiliate Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions

This Affiliate Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions (“Disclaimer”) is made and entered into by and between Squirtopia LLC, its related entities, DBAs, and owners (“Company”) and any individuals or entities participating in affiliate promotion or affiliate programs with the Company (“Affiliates”). 5. Earnings Disclaimer: Affiliates understand and acknowledge that earnings, commissions, or revenue generated through the affiliate program are not guaranteed by Squirtopia LLC. The potential for income depends on various factors beyond the control of the Company, including individual effort, marketing strategies, and market conditions.
6. Commission Disclaimer: The determination of Affiliate commissions is solely at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to establish and modify commission structures, rates, and eligibility criteria at its sole discretion. Affiliates acknowledge and agree that commission rates, structures, and qualifications are subject to change without prior notice. By participating in the Affiliate program, Affiliates acknowledge their understanding of the Company’s discretionary authority in commission-related matters and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.
7. No Warranty or Guarantee: The Company makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the potential income, success, or results that may be achieved through affiliate promotion. Earnings and outcomes are subject to various factors beyond the Company’s control.
8. Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to the Affiliate’s activities, promotions, or breach of this Disclaimer.
9. Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program, its terms, and this Disclaimer at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
