RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns Not Permitted​

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot offer returns. Once these items are shipped, for health and safety reasons, they are considered used (even if still packaged), and therefore cannot be returned.​

2. Exchanges Not Permitted*​

 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges. Once these items are shipped, for health and safety reasons, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be exchanged.​

*In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at hello@squirtopia.com with details of the product, a picture, and the defect.​​ Products that are deemed defective by us must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. After 30 days, we cannot issue a refund.

*If you have received a product that is a different size and/or color than you ordered, please promptly contact us at hello@squirtopia.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and additional instructions to send the incorrect item back to us.
